Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Over24, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find Over24, and cancel from there.
On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchase." Your subscription will be restored automatically if it is still active on your Apple ID or Google account.
Over24 offers a 7-day free trial when you first subscribe. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then without being billed.
The first upcoming game per sport is always shown as a free preview. An active subscription unlocks all daily signals and analytics.
Signals are updated daily, covering all games in the next 24 hours. You will receive a push notification when new analysis is ready.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You will receive a reset code by email — enter it in the app and choose a new password.
Check your spam folder. If it is not there, tap "Resend Code" on the confirmation screen. Still having issues? Email us at support@over24.app.
