By accessing or using Over24 ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Over24 provides sports analytics, statistical signals and data analysis for basketball, NFL and football matches. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Nothing on Over24 constitutes betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Over24 and its operators accept no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using information provided on this platform. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Over24 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. By using the Service you unconditionally waive any and all claims against Over24 and its operators.
Premium access is available via weekly auto-renewing subscription at โฌ1.99/week. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. After the trial, billing occurs weekly on the same day of the week as the original sign-up date. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
You may not share your account, resell access, scrape data, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law. Over24 reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, signals, analysis and data on Over24 are the intellectual property of Over24. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
Over24 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Over24 is the data controller for personal data collected through this Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with EU GDPR and Greek data protection law.
We collect your email address when you create an account. We collect usage data (pages viewed, features used) to improve the Service. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment card details โ payments are processed directly by Apple or Google.
Your email is used solely to manage your account, send service notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights contact us at support@over24.app.
Over24 uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Apple/Google for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies.

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings โ your name โ Subscriptions, find Over24, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store โ Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions, find Over24, and cancel from there.
On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchase." Your subscription will be restored automatically if it is still active on your Apple ID or Google account.
Over24 offers a 7-day free trial when you first subscribe. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then without being billed.
The first upcoming game per sport is always shown as a free preview. An active subscription unlocks all daily signals and analytics.
Signals are updated daily, covering all games in the next 24 hours. You will receive a push notification when new analysis is ready.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You will receive a reset code by email โ enter it in the app and choose a new password.
Check your spam folder. If it is not there, tap "Resend Code" on the confirmation screen. Still having issues? Email us at support@over24.app.
